§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Life Coaching Finance Jürgen A. Kettner e.K. (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer.
The version valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Subject Matter
Black Forest Mint is a brand for premium precious metal products. This website serves to present our products and inform potential distributors.
Direct sales through this website are currently not available. Interested distributors can apply for a partnership through the application form.
§ 3 Distributor Partnership
3.1 Applying as a distributor does not constitute a claim to a partnership.
3.2 The Provider reserves the right to reject applications without giving reasons.
3.3 In case of a partnership, the specific terms will be regulated in a separate distributor agreement.
§ 4 Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, are the property of the Provider and protected by copyright law.
Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any form of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the Provider.
§ 5 Final Provisions
5.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
5.2 The place of jurisdiction is Villingen-Schwenningen, provided the customer is a merchant.
5.3 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
